Engage in exercise. There are certain exercises you need to attain your desired shape within 14 days.  Exercises such as push-ups and lunges require no equipment. For a faster result, you need to engage in intense and cardio exercises.

Eat a lot of apples. Research has shown that eating one apple a day doesn’t just keep you away from the doctor but helps you lose up to 16 pounds of body fat in 14 days.
